Benefits of Registering

You don't have to register to explore PetermillarShop.com, but registering and creating
an account will allow you to fully enjoy our site.

By creating an account, you can store your personal information for easier and faster
checkout and review your order history and edit billing or shipping information.

Forgot User Name or Password

If you have forgotten your password, please click Forgot Password or contact a
Customer Service Representative at 1-866-570-2932.

Accessing/Changing Account Information

To access or change your account information, click on the "My Account" link at the top of every page. From this main account page you can manage all aspects of your account, such as changing your email address, add addresses to your address book, and manage your shipping and billing addresses. Before accessing your personal information, you will be asked to sign into your account, with your PetermillarShop.com user name and password.

For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity on the web site. At this time, you would need to re-enter your email address and password in order to access your personal information again.

Address Book

You can save the addresses you use most frequently in an address book. Each shipping address you add during Checkout will automatically be added to your address book. You can save up to 30 addresses.

To manage your address book, click on the "My Account" link at the top of every page, and then click on "Manage My Address Book" on the My Account main page. After you sign in, you will be taken to your address book page where you can view all your saved addresses, add an address, edit an address, delete an address, or set an address as your default "ship to" address.

Email Sign-up

When you sign up for email, you will receive updates approximately once a month with the latest styles, new arrivals, special events and exclusive offers. We use your past purchases as well as any preferences you've selected to provide you with the news you're most interested in.

Email and Postal Unsubscribing

If you do not want to receive our email updates anymore, you can unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, click on the unsubscribe link in any of our email newsletters.
